I blog on other sites, but sometimes want to post on topics that are too tangentially related to my work. This site will, hopefully, fill the gap.  Topics of interest include Mongolia, Vietnam, economic development, photography, governance, transparency, homebrewing, corruption and anticorruption, gender, etc. It’s a mix.
